1. The service
TextKit AI provides online text tools, including an AI content detector, a text humanizer, and utilities. Free tools have daily usage limits. A Pro subscription removes limits for its duration.
2. Scores are estimates, not proof
AI detection and "human-ness" scores are probabilistic estimates. They can misjudge both human and AI text. You agree not to use them as sole evidence for accusations, academic penalties, or employment decisions.
3. Subscriptions
Pro is $4.99/month or $39/year, billed automatically through our merchant of record until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 7 days of a charge are granted on request.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal purposes, to misrepresent authorship where the law or your institution prohibits it, or to attack the service itself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for outcomes of decisions made based on tool output. Always review rewritten text before use.
